Since 2006, our in-house 3D printing and rapid prototyping capabilities have helped clients move from concept to functional prototype with speed and confidence. Whether for engineering validation, performance testing, or marketing review, our development lab accelerates your product cycle while significantly reducing risk and cost before committing to full-scale production.
Advanced Injection
MoldingOur molding operations feature a comprehensive range of injection molding systems from 90 to 310 tons, capable of producing precision components up to one pound in weight. We support custom, small-batch, and full-volume production runs with equal precision and commitment to quality — giving you the flexibility to scale on your terms.
Overmolding & High-Temperature Plastics
We have deep expertise in engineering and processing high-temperature plastics and reinforced/filled materials for demanding applications. Our overmolding capabilities allow us to bond compatible and dissimilar materials into sophisticated multi-material components — expanding design possibilities while maintaining structural integrity.
CNC Machining & Post-Molding Processing
Complementing our molding capabilities is a complete suite of CNC machining and post-molding equipment. We perform trimming, cutting, and secondary operations in-house — maintaining tight dimensional tolerances and delivering components ready for assembly or immediate use.
